Thomas G. Hoffman

Thomas G. Hoffman, C.P.A., is a partner in various Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. entities and has been with the Company since 1990. His areas of expertise include financing, capital structure, mergers, acquisitions and divestures of Company assets.

During his tenure at Anderson, Tom completed in excess of $1 billion in financing for Company projects. Tom also has been deeply involved in the Company's numerous and diverse restaurant operations.

He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Accounting and a 1989 graduate of Xavier University with a Masters in Finance/Tax. He is currently on the Board of Trustees for Thomas More College and lives in Cincinnati with his wife and three children.
