The Restoration Asheville will Open at 68 Patton Avenue on April 20th, 2023
The Restoration Hotel Collection announces the opening date of April 20th, 2023, for their second location in Asheville, North Carolina. Adding to their flagship location in Charleston, SC, their newest outpost will feature 60 Spacious Rooms, and signature Community Outlets including The Exchange, a full-service restaurant and bar, The Observatory, a rooftop cocktail bar and event space, The Rise, an artisanal coffee shop, and The Draftsman, an underground speakeasy-style lounge complete with bowling lanes and a stage for live music.
Under the ownership of family-owned and operated Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, The Restoration Asheville captures the history, culture and nature of Asheville, while re-interpreting the experience for the modern traveler. The design of the hotel draws inspiration from European architects and artisans that applied their trades to the city of Asheville constructing the Biltmore Estate and the surrounding region.
“We continued our expansion in the southeast due to its great climate and outdoor lifestyle,” adds owner JR Anderson, “We selected a site that we believe will immerse our guests in all the authenticity and creativity that Asheville offers. Pritchard Park attracts tourists and locals alike, and we love that the property is perfectly oriented to engage with some of the most well-known traditions and programs within the community.”
Master mixologist Darren Fallon, who currently runs the beverage program at their Charleston location, will create a selection of handcrafted and creative cocktails for Asheville’s various food and beverage outlets, including seasonal spirits and local brews at The Exchange, botanical-infused cocktails at The Observatory, specialty craft cocktails at The Draftsman, along with a selection of artisanal, locally roasted coffee, tea, and fresh squeezed juices.
From a culinary perspective, guests will experience seasonally-driven and locally sourced fare at The Exchange, elevated bar bites at The Observatory, comfort food with an Appalachian twist at The Draftsman, and a daily selection of savory breakfast sandwiches, and scratch made pastries and cakes at The Rise.11ou
Additional amenities include a curated, on-property Library, in-room Spa Services, and The Solarium, a dedicated meeting and event space accommodating up to 300 guests. Guest rooms at the Asheville property will range from 375 to 600 square feet boasting design and experiential extras including locally roasted coffee, late night cookies, Smart TVs, a fully-stocked bar cart, and local Nosh Box featuring artisanal snacks.
