Following the renovation and redevelopment of The Restoration on King in Charleston, Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate established the flagship property for its luxury boutique hotel concept, The Restoration Hotel Collection. Since that opening in 2016, The Restoration Hotel Collection has expanded to Asheville, and they continue to seek out other dynamic and vibrant locations throughout the southeast.

The Restoration Hotel Charleston’s expansion included adding the Watch rooftop restaurant and bar, The Mercantile retail store, an Assouline library, and The Rise coffee shop. The boutique hotel’s unique community partnerships and curated programming have garnered accolades and recognition from Forbes, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast, Eater, and other reputable publications.
In 2023, we opened The Restoration Hotel Collection’s second property in Asheville, North Carolina. Following the complete renovation of a historic bank in the heart of downtown, The Restoration Asheville features three on-property restaurants, and a coffee bar.
