Emily Bevis currently works on the 1.1 million square foot portfolio of Cincinnati-based leasing projects including Crestview Hills Town Center, Rookwood Commons and Pavilion, Rookwood Exchange, and U Square @ the Loop, successfully elevating and maintaining occupancy levels in excess of a 97%. Specific responsibilities include tenant negotiations, retail and restaurant leasing, and anchor tenant leasing. Handling the Rookwood projects for the last 10 years for the previous owner, notable successes include placing Cincinnati’s first 27,400sf REI and 35,000sf Nordstrom Rack at the Commons and Pavilion. Emily’s other noteworthy Cincinnati transactions include Cincinnati’s first urban 17,500 square foot Target, 27,400 square foot Buy Buy Baby, 11,000 sf Yard House, and the 9,500sf Ruth’s Chris Steak House, as well as numerous leases with national-credit inline fashion retailers. Skilled at leasing projects as an outside/third-party provider, Emily has successfully leased projects for Casto Inc., JP Morgan, Carter USA, Nicol Investments and Towne Properties. Emily first worked with the Company as an intern while at the University of Cincinnati. She majored in Marketing and minored in Real Estate and accepted a position with Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. upon graduating in 2003.
