One of the first undertakings of Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc., The Rookwood Pavilion was opened in 1993 as central Cincinnati’s foray into major retail development. Adjacent to The Rookwood Commons and Pavilion, this mixed-use development features a Courtyard by Marriott, The Residence Inn by Marriott, The Rookwood Exchange Office Tower, and a showcase of the area’s best dining including Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, and Agave & Rye. The Rookwood Exchange introduced its residential apartments One Rookwood in 2015.
